Spiced Nuts

Mix Together

1 cup sugar                                                                                  1/2 tsp nutmeg

1/2 cup water                                                                              1/2 tsp ground cloves

1/2 teaspoon salt                                                                       2 tsp cinnamon

Directions

Heat to rolling boil, then add 2 1/2 cup nuts ( Walnut or Pecan )  & 1/2 tsp vanilla. stir until looks creamy then pour onto waxed paper and separate the nuts so they are not touching with a fork.

Let cool until hardened then remove from the wax paper.
